In this blog I am going to explain how to set up your own Twitter Account. If your not sure what Twitter is view our previous blog – Twitter in Plain English.
Here are the steps you need to create your own Twitter Account.
3. You will now see the Twitter sign up form which looks like the picture below
4. In this form you need to enter your:
Full Name – this is viewable to public searches on the internet
Username – this is the name which forms part of your Twitter url ie. www.twitter.com/smforyourbiz. Twitter will automatically check if your username is available while you type it in.
Password
Email – only one email address per account
Agree to the terms and conditions and click on “Create My Account”
5. Success – your Twitter account is now created
6. But wait there is one more step – you need to confirm your account. Twitter will send you an email, click on the link and your done.
